Chris Allen trains groups and work teams not only to understand and accept personality differences with others (on your team, in other departments, or with customers), but to capitalize on them and make these differences work for you. This involves learning to speak the “language” of the other, rather than speak our own “language” more loudly! She also speaks frequently to groups about work/life balance, stress management, and many aspects of positive psychology. She is a Certified MBTI ™ Trainer and a Certified Peoplemap Trainer™.
As a psychologist, Chris is extensively trained in conducting research and in providing assessment. She uses personality inventories such as the Peoplemap and the MBTI (the Meyers-Briggs), as well as 360 Assessments, the FIRO-B, and the Emotional Intelligence Inventory (the EQ-I) in addition to in-depth and structured interviews. This can be useful for leadership development and team building.
Chris is trained to provide individual coaching to individuals within an organization or ideally to the entire executive team and/or all managers.
